Meet Jason Tanoory
I’m Jason Tanoory, but please, just call me Jason. My educational journey took me from the University of Dayton in Ohio to the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia. I earned an Advanced Education in General Dentistry degree at the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, NY. As a result of my education, I opened Finger Lakes Dental Care In 2002.I am deeply passionate about continuing education, and my studies have covered a wide range of dental disciplines. I’ve been honored with Fellowships from both the Academy of General Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantology.
Teaching and sharing knowledge are core to my professional life. I’ve lectured on various dental topics, especially practice management and clinical skills, and published several articles in dental periodicals and websites. As an active dental coach, I thrive on helping other dentists clarify their goals for practice ownership and crafting clear roadmaps to achieve those goals. Outside the office, I’m active in community outreach, educating about dental health across the Finger Lakes region.

FAQs
Who Can Best Benefit From Coaching?
Everyone can benefit from a coach. From eating right and exercising to running a successful and healthy dental organization, the right coach gets you to where you want to go much quicker than you could on your own. I have multiple coaches, and I lean on them regularly to help me become the best version of myself.
How Long Are Typical Coaching Relationships?
You will succeed in reaching new levels of practice growth, profitability, income, and personal satisfaction, which often leads to newer and more unique problems to navigate. That being said, coaching relationships are month-to-month because I never want anyone to feel locked in. I always want clients to feel okay leaving the relationship if they think I am no longer delivering optimal value.
What Is Your Coaching Specialty?
Leaning on almost 25 years of experience to pull from, saying this in the most humble way possible, I have developed a few specialties in which my coaching has helped hundreds of clients. Most clients reach out to me based on my reputation of helping build clarity of vision and purpose, develop the founding dentist's leadership muscle, establish levels of leadership and accountability within organizations, and help balance the chaos of work, family relationships, health, and spirituality.
How Much Does Coaching Cost?
All costs are fully customizable based on the agreed-upon relationship we plan to have. There is no obligation beyond the discovery call with Jason to determine the level of engagement that will help you achieve your goals. Click here to set up a discovery call (hyperlink to contact form)!
Is Coaching 1-On-1 Or In A Group Format? Is It In-Person Or Remote?
I offer multiple coaching formats, including one-on-one coaching, group coaching, onsite team coaching, and running and navigating quarterly and yearly leadership meetings for organizations. Most clients choose one-on-one or group coaching done remotely.
